How does sheer blonde go blonder work

I love the way this product smells when used after the shampoo product but it is only a gradual lightener. MamaMulley - 2 months ago , Verified purchaser.

My hair used to be brown before using the whole collection! I absolutely LOVE these. My hair is natural. I use this every other day along with a blue and purple shampoo! Follow instructions!! Did you? Need more for dryer hair 4 out of 5 stars. I do like this conditioner. But when my hair is dryer, I need more of it or for it to sit on my hair… or to use something in addition to it. I also have very long hair and sometimes need something additional for the ponytail section of my hair.

But I like this one. I nice gradual change!! I got both the shampoo and conditioner for a little change for the summer. I have always liked their products I I know this will be great. Its okay 3 out of 5 stars. Elizabeth - 5 months ago , Verified purchaser. Maybe I notice a difference. I use this same brand purple shampoo for my highlights and I think it makes more of difference than this actually does.

Was a bit disatisfied when my blonde hair starting fading and not being as blonde as before after using this product I noticed amazing results and it lightened up the blonde and made it very bright and blonde and looked really pretty! Load 8 more. Get top deals, latest trends, and more. It also effectively lightened my hair to a more golden blond.

The negative aspect of this product is that the lightening agents are harsh on the scalp and very drying. Obviously, it is not going to lighten your hair drastically, but it does subtly lighten and it definitely noticeably brightens my hair after only one use.

It also takes very little product to get a really intense lather and I have not noticed that it dries my hair out or has any adverse effects. It has a very nice, subtle scent, as well. I have color-treated hair, and it's red, so clearly I'm not exactly the ideal customer for this. However, when I dye my hair and it comes out too dark, or it's summer and I want to lighten up my hair or bring out highlights, I'll turn to this shampoo for a quick fix.

While it does noticeably lighten and bring out blonde tones after a few uses, it's also unfortunately super, super drying. It also contains sulfates, which I try to totally avoid to help maintain my colored hair. I do have some in my shower right now because I picked it up after a too-dark dye job, but I rarely use it because it's just so drying on my hair, which already is in need of extra moisture anyway.

If you have natural, healthy, non-color-treated hair, this tradeoff might be worth it, since your hair may not have much damage and therefore not be very affected by being a little extra dry. It does lighten and intensify blonde coloring a bit, but you should just dye your hair if you want something really noticeable.

I use this shampoo in the winter since I don't get much sun then. It basically replaces what the sun does to my hair in the summer. It lightens my hair without it looking like I chemically dyed it.

It looks very natural and only lightens a shade or two. This shampoo also gives my hair a lot of body. It feels conditioned and looks very healthy when I use this shampoo. This shampoo is not harsh like actually dying my hair would be, so my hair stays in good condition.

I only have to use it about 3 times a week to get the results that I want, but sometimes if I want to go a little lighter I will use it daily for about a week which makes my hair go about two shades lighter.

I just really like the fact that it looks so natural. The John Frieda Go Blonder Shampoo works best when combined with the conditioner but can also be used alone if you can't part ways with your conditioner. Although it is meant for everyday use, the product can leave your hair dry or add damage to your hair. I do recommend the product it's perfect fit for us who love are hair lighter and with out that orange color.

This helps me when I haven't had a chance to color my roots. It helps in-between coloring. I love that it gets rid of the orange color in my hair or roots.

It smelled really purfumey and didn't work that well to be completely honest. But for a drug store product it was just okay but I wouldn't recommend the product.

It definitely lathers well. I like this for just a regular shampoo. However it didn't lighten up my hair quite like I wished it would have. Normally my hair is red but I dyed it blonde so that could be the reason. I will look into maybe getting a lighter version of this shampoo. I've used this shampoo for years and my hair definitely gets blonder because of it!!

Good option for natural blondes to enhance their blonde. Both the shampoo as well as conditioner from this series smell great. The slight purple hue leaves my hair brightened and refreshed without leaving my scalp and hair dry. Would buy again. I really liked this shampoo it made my blonde so much prettier in color and it made my hair soft and manageable and would recommend to anyone with.

Linden hair. I was pleasantly surprised by this product. Immediately noticed my blonde hair wasn't as dull. Moisturizing and great for a daily wash. I have purchased this product multiple times. It does not leave your hair orange at all. Very subtle lightening. Love to use on my highlighted hair every other wash or so.

This really works! I have dark blonde hair that can look dull but gets lighter in the sun. Any blonde can make their hair lighter and shinier at home. The John Frieda Go Blonder line enhances blonde hair. After shampooing and conditioning your hair, spray strands of your hair with the Controlled Lightening Spray for highlights or all over your hair.

Then style your hair by using a heated product to help brighten your hair quickly. According to John Frieda, using the Go Blonder product line will make your hair up to two shades lighter in 10 uses.

In shampoo, it increases scalp irritation, stinging eyes and tangled frizzy hair. SLS is safe for discontinuous and brief uses when followed with thorough rinsing from the surface of the skin. When used in store bought hair products or added to natural at home hair products it enhances highlights in blonde or light colored hair. Chamomile essential oil has many benefits. It helps protect hair against the environment, treats dandruff, quickens hair growth, and strengthens hair roots.
