Usually jobs involve mystery shopping - buying products to a given brief and measuring customer service at particular outlets. Sometimes basic photography is required. On another project I had to conduct face-to-face interviews with members of the public and record responses.

On the whole, I feel Retail Maxim is a trusted employer I am re-applying to them. However, the only downside is that jobs can be few and far between so it is unlikely you can get a regular wage. A very good company offering great flexibility to their employees.

Great organisation to work for with lots of flexibility where you can choose you hours of work and have full control over the assignments and products you choose. They provide excellent rates of pay and give clear instructions regarding roles and exactly what is required of each project. In addition they are always on hand if more clarity is needed on something and allow you the flexibility to choose your workload and pattern of working.

I have never had any reason to complain about my working conditions or the type of work offered to me. There is such a wide variety of roles to choose from and they are all very varied meaning you can choose the ones you like. You are never forced to undertake something you do not want to do - they are very respectable to their workforce. They like people to be very accurate when reviewing and evaluating on products and services and only use the best people to carry out evaluations for their clients, who are very well known and reputable organisations that strive to ensure and improve quality in their respective areas.
